The art hero

There are over seven billion people on this big blue planet, and with just one paint brush I could make’ em all see seven billion different images within one painting. Ya know why? Well, because I’m a super hero!

With the usage of striking colors that demand attention, expressive characters you may find yourself able to relate to, and a little bit of wacky storytelling, I have the power to inspire and spread the message that art is for everyone! my name is cory jones, but I go by yids when it comes to my craft.

I’m on a mission to create a world of my own full of the original characters and concepts found within my paintings. Television was everything to me growing up. The tv served as a portal into other worlds that were more interesting than mine. Cartoons, video games, comics, anime, and manga all served as a form of escapism, and I would selfishly insert myself into the worlds of those characters I loved so much. But ever since I learned that with the help of a few art supplies I could create worlds of my own…I haven’t been the same since.
